Marijuana arrests hit an all-time high of 755,186 in 2003, according to the FBI's annual Uniform Crime Reports, released on October 25. Fully 88% were for possession, not sale or cultivation.By contrast, there were only 597,026 arrests for all violent crimes combined (defined as murder, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault) in 2003.

look i not sure if ur down with the smokin but i use to enjoy smokin and it's bull shit cause it ain't leagal. It's not a drug ,it's an herb a plant for christ sakes. Bull shit goverment wants everybody to do drugs like cocaine,herion,crack,ect. But my whole point is that people should not be arested for possesion or smoking cause god grew it god smoked it
